This Privacy Policy explains how Mesa Placements, Inc. ("Mesa," "we") collects, uses, shares, and safeguards information when you visit the public Site that links to this Policy. It does not cover the Mesa platform behind login; platform processing is governed by our Platform Terms and DPA.
Information you provide: contact form entries, newsletter sign-ups, event registrations, job applications, or emails you send us.
Automatic data: device/browser info, IP address, pages viewed, timestamps, referrers, general location, and cookies/SDK events used for analytics and site performance.
From third parties: ad/analytics partners (e.g., aggregated campaign metrics), social or referral platforms if you interact with our content there.
Where GDPR/UK-GDPR applies, we process: (a) consent (for non-essential cookies/marketing); (b) legitimate interests (site security, analytics with strong safeguards); (c) contract (responding to requests you initiate); and (d) legal obligation.
We share with service providers who host, analyze, secure, or support the Site (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, email delivery). If we use advertising technology or retargeting, disclosures may qualify as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under CPRA. We do not sell personal information for money. We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above (e.g., analytics aggregates for up to 24 months) or as required by law.

EEA/UK: rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. You may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
The Site is not directed to children under 13 (or 16 where relevant). We do not knowingly collect children's data.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information (TLS, access controls, logging). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
If you access the Site from outside the U.S., your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries. Where required, we use Standard Contractual Clauses and comparable safeguards.
