These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Arbitration and class-action waiver: Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis under the JAMS Streamlined Rules. YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in effect. Failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign as part of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
